Dokuja is a Talasith...or...is he?
That has been his question for years on end. It's been the bane of his existence from Day One. It's earned him a frightening reputation, a Calico Crush stretched far beyond his reach, and a seclusion he cries out to destroy--but at the same time, his fear of socialization keeps this at bay. Although Sevrin often visits, and Fennel keeps him company, Dokuja feels very much alone.
Circe was a Talasith. A Tiger Talasith.
Her strong desire to become a powerful sorceress and her lasting impressions in the world of magic have done her nothing but trouble. Although she is strong, Circe has experimented too far. A spell gone wrong has left her with a twisted appearance: Her upper body remains the same as it always has, save the tabby-grey cat ears on her head. From the waist down, she is fused with the body of a horse. The tail at her backside is the mark of an actual snake Talasith. She herself is covered in marks of not only her Tiger heritage, but of a tabby cat as well.
Meeting Circe seems to be an accident to Circe. Dokuja thinks differently. Seeing that Circe's magic experience far surpasses his own, Dokuja turns onto a desperate move: he requests that Circe transform him into a regular snake-bred Talasith.
It began with a wish for love. It will end with a wish for revenge.
